Esau’s forgiveness of Jacob. Wow! I hope there’s no one in my life that I haven’t forgiven for whatever they’ve done.
Gen 34
I’m completely traumatized by Dinah’s rape - and by the normalcy of this rape for Schechem and his people. The vulnerability of women!
Gen 35
God remembered what he’d done for Jacob and told him to build an altar to him in remembrance of this. God deserves my worship for every act that he does in my life. It’s important to remember his deeds, and take out time to worship him for whom he is and what he’s done.
