*Forgiveness is a mercy given!*
When we are hurt, the other person deserves to feel pain too and we look for ways of inflicting the pain. Unforgiveness is one way of holding the person to ransom. You refuse to reconcile the accounts so that at least before you, the person is perpetually owing you.
Jesus statement here tells you to have and show mercy.
*[[Mat 18:35]] NHEB* So my heavenly Father will also do to you, if you do not each forgive your brother from your heart.”.......
*[[Mat 5:7]] NHEB* Blessed are the merciful, for they will obtain mercy.
Lord grant me the wisdom to let every offender go! If for nothing at least for my sake!!! I need your mercy all the time.
