*[[Mat 22:4]] NHEB* Again he sent out other servants, saying, ‘Tell those who are invited, “Look, I have made ready my dinner. My cattle and my fatlings are killed, and all things are ready. Come to the marriage feast.”’

When ever God gives you an invitation to do anything for and with Him, give Him the highest priority and place. Do not let other things cross out God's time in your life. Let the time, energy, money, property, etc etc that belongs to God be given to God!
*Those He calls, He empowers*
*Ex 32:2-5*
*Behold, I have called by name Bezalel the son of Uri, the son of Hur, of the tribe of Judah:
*3 and I have filled him with the Spirit of God, in wisdom, and in understanding, and in knowledge, and in all manner of workmanship,
*[[Exo 31:17]] NHEB* It is a sign between me and the sons of Israel forever; for in six days the LORD made heaven and earth, and on the seventh day he rested, and was refreshed.’”
Rest and be refreshed! Imitate God and create some times to rest from work.
*[[Exo 32:4]] NHEB* He received what they handed him, and fashioned it with an engraving tool, and made it a molten calf; and they said, “These are your gods, Israel, which brought you up out of the land of Egypt.”
Old habits die hard! They were used to some visible gods. Waiting on God was an entirely new and difficult task. They couldn't wait on God. They made some visible idols.
Wait on the Lord.....
*Exo 32:7 NHEB* And the LORD spoke to Moses, saying, “Go down at once, for your people whom you brought up out of the land of Egypt have corrupted themselves.
*[[Exo 32:25]] NHEB* When Moses saw that the people had broken loose, (for Aaron had let them loose for a derision among their enemies),...
Serving and worshipping other gods corrupts us! Before God, we become defiled. It brings shame and judgement against us.We also loose the manifest presence of God!
*[[Exo 33:3]] NHEB* to a land flowing with milk and honey: for I will not go up in the midst of you, for you are a stiff-necked people, lest I consume you in the way.”
*[[Exo 33:11]] NHEB* The LORD spoke to Moses face to face, as a man speaks to his friend. He turned again into the camp, but his servant Joshua, the son of Nun, a young man, did not depart out of the Tent.
Every young Christian man must attach himself to a Moses and remain in the tent. That's how to get God's call in your life!
*[[Exo 33:14]] NHEB* He said, “My presence will go with you, and I will give you rest.”
No matter how long we have walked with God, we must crave His presence and rest! In fact if we sense lack of God's presence, we will do well to stop and wait on Him.
*[[Exo 33:15]] NHEB* He said to him, “If your presence doesn’t go with me, do not carry us up from here.
